Delivery & Returns


All of our watches are delivered using standard 48-72hr delivery. We also have the option for 24hour delivery on the checkout page. 
How does your 24hr tracked delivery work?
Place an order before 16:00 (Monday- Friday) or 12:00 (Saturday), select the 24hour tracked delivery option on checkout and receive your order the next day.
Delivery is excluded on Public Holidays.
Delivery will be attempted between 07:00-22:00. If delivery hasn't been attempted by then, get in touch the following day so we can look into this

We offer a 30-days no hassle return & exchange policy:

 If a product is damaged or was faulty upon delivery - please let us know as soon as possible. You will need to let us know within 14 days of receipt of the item in order to be eligible for a replacement or refund. 

Our return/exchange policy is valid 30 days from receipt of the item. Orders returned after this date will not be refunded or exchanged and may be returned to the customer at their cost. The item does not necessarily have to arrive back to us within 30 days, it simply must have been sent (with proof of postage). 

To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For returns, please send an email to info@NoirLuxury.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

We will provide you with instructions of where to send returned goods.

Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost package" situations.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. When the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method shortly after.

PACKAGING
At Noir Luxury we try to be as environmentally friendly as possible using as little plastic as possible. Our watches come as standard in branded cardboard packaging with an additional layer for protection during shipping.
Please dispose of all packaging responsibly and recycle when possible.
DELIVERY & TRACKING
Noir Luxury processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays). Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information (if applicable) once your order has shipped. Please allow 2 or 3 business days for delivery of your order. Noir Luxury will not be held responsible for delivery times estimated by any third party services used.
CUSTOMS
Noir Luxury is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. Please Note: Delivery estimates do not include delays caused by customs.
CURRENCY
All orders are processed in GBP at the most current exchange rate.
MISSING ITEMS
Some of our orders are shipped separately. If you have ordered multiple items and have not received all the items, please do not email us. Your remaining items are on their way. Please allow the shipping times above to receive your entire order.
